It's not uncommon for him to curse and call people names. He hires managers completely unqualified for the job. They lie about how much money you will make. They lie about how many hours you will work. They lie about the work you will perform. There is no equal treatment when it comes to discipline. Run of the mill corporate experience.

Nothing particularly good or bad to say. I was compensated fairly for run of the mill operations work but did endure more stress.

Pervasive attitude of endless work and overlapping projects that led to generally fraught timetables and expectations of lots of overtime. Middle management was very in tune with general worker mood and as helpful as could be but upper management was not particularly interested in addressing worker concerns.

I expect its the same story as many logistics firms. Home every day and work mostly overnight hours and a lot of them. Perfect for a single person with no kids or responsibilities at home.
