They're not aging at all. Actually Erza is 27, Gray is 26, Lucy is 25, and Natsu is over Even though when they froze in Tenrou Island, their birth dates stayed the same. The dragons were inside Natsu and the other slayers, I think thats why they couldn't get through the enchantment, the dragons were over 80, not the slayers themselves. I have no idea how Zeref knows Natsu though.

Lucy is Natsu is But you also have to remember natsu ages to according to episode about they were little kids. Natsu also looks older than Lucy, younger than erza, and about same age as gray. I think gray is older because of his deeper voice, that could mean that gray hit puberty.
